More reforms with child support, woopdee doo!

Well imagine my excitement today when i read on the cover of a parenting magazine that the government is making improvements on the child support system.
Does this mean I might actually get some?
I have fought a battle for over 6 years with a body who actually thinks this guy gives a shit about his daughter and wants to take responsibility. Are they dumber than I was or what?
Over the past 6 years this guy has accumulated and dodged a debt of over $18,000. When or how does the government plan to attack these sorts of dead beat parents and stop `trying to be fair to both parties?'
I know it is not just dad's but mum's too, I have to be fair, dead beats can be of either gender, but come on, how can a system meant to protect or have my child's interests at heart let him slip through the system so easily? It is an absolute joke.
It's about time the government realised and addressed the rorters out there and addressed the kids needs by introducing penalties such as licence suspensions, jail terms or passport cancellations. For all I care, let the them live on the streets whilst the Child Support Agency re- coups the debt. He's pretty much let that happen to his own child.
